Radhe Shyam is the narrative of one Aditya Vikram, an acclaimed palmologist/palmist. He peruses the palms of celebrities including Indira Gandhi (no thought why this film was set in the last part of the 70s). Aditya doesn't trust in affection/connections; he just has confidence in "Flirtationship".

The film is a melodic romantic tale set in the background of Europe in the 1970's. It winds in an endearing story which questions the groundworks of Adoration, Human instinct, Science, Otherworldliness and Reasoning through a melodic show. The narrative of two people are complete opposites as far as their philosophies, their conviction framework and the manner in which they see life. The account of Vikramaditya and Prerna are two differentiated people. Vikram Aditya is an exemplification of unadulterated satisfaction and blamelessness who has confidence in the language of stars, destiny and predetermination and lives each second with liveliness and enthusiasm. He is coy with ladies, his appeal is irresistible and his moxy is spellbinding. Ladies love him. He carries on with an existence liberated from any responsibilities and has faith in living every day as it comes. He is unconstrained, daring and joyful. Prerna is somebody who is a non devotee and trusts more in science than in predetermination and destiny. She is accepted to be inconsiderate in some cases to individuals around her, which is just an endeavor to shroud her genuine persona. What happens when their ways cross structures the essence of the story.
